Diane Spiridoulias
Diane has over 2 decades of industry experience, encompassing multiple aspects of retail in North America. With a passion for retail, Diane has been the driving force of visual presentation, marketing strategies & creative direction for many retail brands. For the past 12 years Diane has shared her knowledge and experience gained in the industry with her students in the Visual Merchandising Arts program at the world -renowned Sheridan College. It was there that Diane met Karen Kritzer. They immediately hit it off and quickly realized that they loved working together. The Retail Duo - a retail consulting business was launched June 2021 – and they haven’t looked back since.
Karen Kritzer
With twenty-two years of retail experience working with top brands and independent retailers, Karen shares her passion for store design, merchandising, and styling with clients. After working for IKEA’s Communication & Interior Design team, she became an instructor within the Visual Merchandising Arts Program at Sheridan College. There she continues to support students with internships as a Field Placement Advisor. Post pandemic, Karen continues to support retailers in rebuilding, rebranding, and pivoting their business to continue to grow, and together with Diane Spiridoulias, she formed “The Retail Duo”. They take pride in re-shaping interior spaces and interjecting their visual merchandising knowledge.
